Culturing cells at physiologi­cal oxygen levels allows them to grow faster, live longer, and experience fewer mutations. The MCO-170M Multigas Incubator helps to achieve more accurate results when culturing cells at physiological oxygen levels and is therefore ideally suited for mammalian tissue research applications, cellular therapy, stem cell research, pathophysiological studies and pharmaceutical production processes.
Provides stable CO2, O2 and temperature control.
There are 2 volume options, 161 and 50 liters.
The inner chamber and shelves are made of copper alloy stainless steel. Thus, resistance against contamination is provided.
Decontamination of the circulating chamber air can be achieved with the optional UV decontamination kit.
Also with the optional H2O2 decontamination kit, decontamination of the chamber can be completed in 3 hours. (For 161 liter model)
The dual IR CO2 sensor performs continuous auto-zero CO2 calibration. (For 161 liter model)
Zirconia O2 sensor is maintenance free.
