IDENTITY OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
As Labor İldam – Health, Laboratory, and R&D Technologies Inc. (“Company” or “Labor İldam”), we attach great importance to the privacy and security of your personal data. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), as the “Data Controller,” we would like to inform you about the processing and protection of your personal data.
WHICH PERSONAL DATA OF YOURS IS PROCESSED?
As Labor İldam, the following personal data may be processed if obtained through business relations, product/service requests, technical service procedures, or various communication channels (email, web forms, call center, social media, etc.):

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your collected personal data is processed in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the following purposes:

Management of product/service processes for laboratory equipment, healthcare devices, and R&D solutions

Execution of after-sales technical service, maintenance, training, and consultancy services

Customer satisfaction processes, complaint tracking, surveys, and quality control activities

Establishment and execution of contracts

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHODS AND LEGAL BASIS
Your data is collected through call centers, web forms, online service forms, contracts, technical service records, digital platforms (cookies), and verbally, in writing, or electronically during events and activities.
Your data is processed based on the data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, either with your explicit consent or within the scope of legal obligations.
STORAGE PERIOD OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is securely stored for the duration of legal retention periods and/or as long as the processing purposes remain valid. If the processing purpose ceases or the relevant period expires, your data will be destroyed, deleted, or anonymized.
OUR MEASURES REGARDING DATA SECURITY
As Labor İldam, we take all necessary administrative and technical measures regarding data security. In this context:

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE KVKK
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

Applications must be submitted with identity verification and necessary documents; the application content must include clear and understandable explanations regarding your request.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RESPOND TO YOUR APPLICATION?
Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest after reaching us. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
