Natural Convection (natural or gravity Convection) ovens operate on the principle that the heated air circulates in the device with the natural movement of the air.

The air heated by the heater located at the bottom of the device rises and as it starts to cool towards the ceiling, it starts to descend to the floor again and the air moves through the heating-cooling cycle within the device.
